Learning is done best by doing. At IHR, we rarely offer "seminars." Our philosophy on learning is that it "sticks" when it is experienced. Experiential learning creates a lasting impact on participants while highlighting core beliefs that need attention. Our events are a departure from typical training seminars. We build on what our clients know to co-create a new experience and understanding of challenges.
